Richard J. “Dick” Alario – Executive Chairman of the Board
Dick Alario joined the Company in April 2018 as Executive Chairman of the Board. Dick is the retired Chairman and CEO of Key Energy Services, having served from 2004 to 2016. Dick has a distinguished career in international markets, having held top-level positions managing oilfield service businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
Mr. Alario is Chairman Ex-Officio of the National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA). He is the Presiding Director of Kirby Corporation (NYSE: KEX) and Chairman of its Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee, as well as a member of its Audit Committee. He is also Interim CEO of DistributionNOW (NYSE: DNOW), Chairman of its Compensation Committee and a member of its Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. He is a member of the American Association of Drilling Engineers and the Petroleum Equipment & Services Association. Previously, Mr. Alario served on the Board of Directors of Seahawk Drilling, the Louisiana Gulf Coast Oil Exposition, the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry and the Louisiana State University Department of Petroleum Engineering Advisory Council.
David G. Christmas – Chief Executive Officer
Dave joined FDS from Schlumberger Limited, and will work alongside the FDS Board of Directors to set the strategic direction of the business, while ensuring that the company continues to meet the growing needs of its customers. Mr. Christmas will also collaborate closely current leadership, to further enhance FDS’s core service operations and capitalize on the evolving dynamics within the oilfield water management space. Dave joins the leadership team at FDS at this critical juncture in the company’s growth. His decades-long career at Schlumberger, including his most recent experience leading its Permian basin operations, uniquely position him to help drive value for all stakeholders.
Mr.Christmas is a Director of the Permian Basin Petroleum Association, and sits on the Board of the Midland Chamber of Commerce. He serves on the West Texas Steering Committee and the Advisory Board of the Petroleum Equipment & Services Association.
Cody J. Compton – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Compton joined Fluid Delivery Solutions, LLC in May 2018 as Executive Vice President of Finance & Accounting, and was appointed CFO in November 2019. Prior to joining FDS, Mr. Compton served as CFO for IACX Energy LLC, a private equity backed midstream company specializing in natural gas gathering and processing for over 10 years. Prior to joining IACX, Mr. Compton worked for 6 years in the assurance group of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP for serving a range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to smaller, privately held entities. Mr. Compton received both his Master of Science – Finance, and Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting, from Texas A&M University in 2001 in College Station, Texas. Mr. Compton is a licensed Certified Public Accountant by the State of Texas.
Jess Foshee – Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Foshee joined the Fluid Delivery Solutions team as EVP of Operations in February 2017. Prior to joining the FDS team, Mr. Foshee served for two years as President and COO of Pro-Ject Chemicals, a production chemical company based in The Woodlands, TX. Before Pro-Ject, Mr. Foshee was the VP of South Texas for Rockwater Energy Solutions in San Antonio, TX. During 2011 and 2012, Mr. Foshee served as the Director of Operations – Rocky Mountains – US Land Pressure Pumping at Baker Hughes in Denver, CO. Mr. Foshee started his career at Baker Hughes where he held various management level positions within multiple service lines. Mr. Foshee brings over twenty years of technical and operational industry experience and received his Bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University.
Randy Nelson – President Tin Cup Water Solutions
Mr. Nelson is a founding member of Fluid Delivery Solutions. He guided the company, as President, to tremendous growth in the first year of operations. Mr. Nelson is currently serving as the President of a wholly owned FDS subsidiary, Tin Cup Water Solutions, LLC. Prior to forming FDS in 2011, Mr. Nelson served as the Marcellus Operations Manager for Price Petro Oilfield Services from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Nelson served as the Assistant General Manager for Blue Sky Oilfield Services from 2006 until 2009, overseeing a variety of service lines while focusing on water transfer services. Mr. Nelson also served as Manager for Western Texas Pipe and Supply from 2003 until 2006. Mr. Nelson obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from U.T. Permian and brings over twenty valuable years of industry experience to the executive team.
Carter Cheek – Executive Vice President Natural Resources
Mr. Cheek Joined the FDS team in August 2016 through the acquisition of Texas Groundwater Surveyors which he founded in January of 2015 and served as CEO. Mr. Cheek served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army for 6 years, serving multiple combat tours overseas. Mr. Cheek brings over 12 years of management experience to FDS and has an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Cheek received his Bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University in 2006.
Les Ledingham, IV – Vice President Sales
Mr. Ledingham joined FDS as the National Account Manager in February of 2012. Prior to joining FDS, Mr. Ledingham was the Sales Manager for Culberson Construction Inc. in Fort Worth, TX from 2009 until 2011. Prior to CCI, Mr. Ledingham served as the Assistant Sales Manager for Blue Sky Oilfield Services from 2008 to 2009. Mr. Ledingham began his sales career with Quail Construction from 2006 until 2008, gaining valuable experience in water transfer operations. Mr. Ledingham was awarded a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Wesleyan in 2002.
